Climate change represents one of the major challenges of our time. With multiple issues at stake, reduced emissions of CO2 represent just one aspect of the systemic response that is required to bring humanity onto a sustainable track. The Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs) of the United Nations encapsulates the breath of this agenda, while also setting up concrete objectives for action by all countries – developed and developing – in a global partnership. Working closely with a range of domestic and international partners, Qualies engages in a broad-based effort to tackle a combination of climate mitigation and climate adaptation on several fronts. These projects span forestation activities, ecosystem restoration, support of biodiversity, water projects, promotion of eco-food, addressing energy systems, waste management, acting on pollution of water and air, supporting health,reducing poverty, and so forth. All projects open for and welcome cross-border collaboration in support of mutual gains from embarking on sustainable development.
